The Shuttle respects the privacy
of visitors to our site. Please read this Policy carefully so
that you understand our privacy practices. We will not sell,
rent or freely give away any personal information, unless
required by law.
Cancellation Policy:
we make every effort to honor your reservation. If
for reasons within our control (such as overbooking) we will
take responsibility for your cost of having to park at the
airport (off airport parking) or your taxi fare if you need to
use a taxi. The way we do that is any cost above what your fare
with us is we will pay you the difference. So, if your fare is
$45.00 and the taxi charges you a metered rate of $75.00 we will
send you a check for the difference in the amount of $30.00.
This is our
guarantee to you.
However, if we are unable to honor your reservation due to
unforeseen traffic delays or unexpected mechanical problems (be
assured that we keep our vehicles in excellent running
condition) then we can not be held responsible for not being
able to pick you up.
Be assured that we will make every effort to reairport. we will
do everything in our power to honor your reservation then we ask
that you do the same. If you are going to cancel we require that
you notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
When you make a reservation for our services we may require a
credit card number, which is for holding the reservation and
for your guarantee as well as ours. If you do not cancel within
the time allotted we will charge your credit card for the amount
of the fare. If you NO SHOW on us then the credit card will be
charged the full amount of the fare plus 15% gratuity.
The reason for this policy is because we provide exceptional
service to all of customers and when you reserve with us we may
consequently refuse other reservations in order to provide you
the service. If you cancel late or NO SHOW that effects our
revenue, being that we could have taken other reservations
during the time that was allotted to you. We appreciate you
understanding our policy and look forward to serving your
transportation needs. |
